1. Read and structure documents

You start with a product description, an HS code, or documents such as invoices and packing lists. Zavitec reads them and turns fragmented content into consistent, structured fields.

2. Extract and classify

Zavitec extracts the key information and helps identify the right Indian HS / CTH code, since classification drives everything downstream.

3. Check policy, duty and requirements

For the classified product, Zavitec brings together:

Import and export policy — free, restricted or prohibited
Import duty — an itemised estimate
Notifications and exemptions that may apply
Customs and PGA (regulatory agency) requirements

4. Flag gaps and risks

Zavitec detects missing or inconsistent information and flags regulatory and compliance risks, so problems surface early rather than at the border.

5. Route, decide and review

Low-risk cases can be routed automatically, while uncertain or high-risk cases are sent for specialist human review. Every step supports a traceable decision with a clear record of how it was reached.
